Il s’agissait dans notre étude de nous éclairer sur les difficultés rencontrées lors du diagnostic, de décrire les signes cliniques, les résultats des examens paracliniques et de nous éclairer sur le rôle et la place du traitement chirurgical dans la prise en charge. Sur nos deux cas de cette étude, l’âge des patients au moment du diagnostic variait entre 04ans et 06ans. Les deux tumeurs étaient des rhabdomyosarcomes paratesticulaires de type embryonnaire. Tous les malades ont bénéficié d’une chirurgie première sans complications post opératoires suivie d’une chimiothérapie adjuvante. Un des deux patients a bénéficié en plus d’une radiothérapie adjuvante. Les tumeurs testiculaires pédiatriques représentent un groupe de tumeurs rares chez l’enfant dont le diagnostic est souvent difficile et retardé en raison de plusieurs facteurs et qui requiert le plus souvent une approche thérapeutique multidisciplinaire dans des centres spécialisés et un suivi attentif et régulier.
The objective of this study is to present two patients with testicular tumors listed in the surgery department A of the IBN SINA University Hospital over a period of 05 years going from January 2019 to February 2023. In our study, it was a question of us shed light on the difficulties encountered during diagnosis, describe the clinical signs, the results of paraclinical examinations and shed light on the role and place of surgical treatment in care. In our two cases in this study, the age of the patients at the time of diagnosis varied between 04 years and 06 years. Both tumors were paratesticular rhabdomyosarcomas of the embryonal type. All patients underwent primary surgery without postoperative complications followed by adjuvant chemotherapy. One of the two patients also benefited from adjuvant radiotherapy. Pediatric testicular tumors represent a group of rare tumors in children whose diagnosis is often difficult and delayed due to several factors and which most often requires a multidisciplinary therapeutic approach in specialized centers and careful and regular monitoring.
